Delme Thomas Photography You don't take a photograph. You ask quietly, to borrow it. I’m an amateur photographer from Johannesburg, South Africa. I’m also member of the Southern Suburbs Camera Club, which was established in 1962, and has had many top South African photographers as members. South Africa, host to the 2010 soccer world cup, is highly diverse, not only in its people and culture, but also in its topography as well, presenting unique opportunities for photographers. As you will see from my portfolio I enjoy taking pictures of a wide range of subjects, with landscapes and seascapes being two of my favourites. There are always two people in every picture:the photographer and the viewer. The goal is not to change your subjects, but for the subject to change the photographer.
